FAQs

• How long is my adoption good for?
  • Adopt-a-Birds are good for one year from the date of purchase. 
• What if something happens to my bird?
  • If your bird gets retired, transferred, or otherwise is no longer adoptable, you will be provided another bird of the same species. You will receive notification by mail if this happens.
