Spring Fundraiser
   

Help us reach our goal of $36,000 for this year's spring fund drive. Last spring, we admitted 288 injured and orphaned raptors, totaling over 850 for the year. Your donation will provide critical care for patients in 2009. In addition, it will help us provide quality environmental education programs using our non-releasable resident raptors to over 40,000 school children. This orphaned great horned owl was found on the ground in Franklenville, NC. At three weeks old, it was too young to take care of itself. On April 6, 2009, the baby was brought to Carolina Raptor Center, where it received a full examination by Dr. David Scott, our full time veterinarian. With your support, you can help other orphaned raptors be released into the wild.
