Programs for all ages, all groups!

Carolina Raptor Center presents all kinds of formal education programs including programs at schools and libraries, programs onsite for classes and groups, and programs at offsite events, like festivals and fairs. Take a look below to find the program for you and your group.

School Programs

Let our environmental educators engage your group through our onsite and traveling education programs! Our programs last an average of 45-60 minutes. At your school or organization, students will meet birds on the glove as an educator talks about topics such as ecosystems, human/environmental impacts, pollutants and bioaccumulation, and basic natural history of our raptors. For programs onsite at Carolina Raptor Center, students meet birds on the glove and visit one of the aviaries on our raptor trail; onsite programs include the cost of admission, so students and teachers are free to walk the trail after the program to meet over 25 species of raptors!

These events last 2-4 hours.
