Young Veterinarian’s Camp - June 26-30 and July 10-14 - CAMP FORMS ARE NOW DUE.

Camp Forms 2017

Is your child an aspiring young veterinarian? Here they’ll learn about avian medicine. Campers will have sessions with our raptor hospital staff about triage, raptor anatomy, feather imping, necropsy, and more! Get hands on with scale models of raptor bones and body parts. Campers will play the role of veterinarian in daily rounds with X-rays and case studies of birds and other animals to decide upon a course of care. With raptor encounters, outdoor adventures, and lessons in our raptor hospital, campers will get an enriched sense of environmental awareness and a newfound respect for the natural world.

Young Vet’s Camp is for ages 11-14. You must be age 11 by the first day of camp.
